Diplomaed from the University of McGill in industrial relations, Ms. McCrae Boily is a human resource professional who has worked in diverse fields. Today she concentrates on the conception of programs allowing for the maximization of human potential, the management of change as well as take over planning. Structured and curious, she doesn’t hesitate to question the status quo in order to optimize the decision making process. Ms. McCrae Boily involves herself in causes related to equity such as respect for consumers, the integration of immigrants and the advancement of women in their careers. She belongs to the Order of the CRHA.

Diplomaed in marketing from HEC Montréal, Ms. Brousseau is passionate about marketing, the web and entrepreneurship. She worked in the Quebec cultural sector for nine years, sometimes at communications for different record companies, sometimes for event marketing and sponsorship at leading Montreal organizations (L’Équipe Spectra and Juste pour rire). Since 2008, she has worked as a manager on web projects, trainer and advisor in digital marketing for clients from diverse sectors. She also volunteers herself on different committees : she acts as a jury member for business plans and as a coach with young entrepreneurs starting their own businesses at the Fondation Montréal Inc. She edits the blog Le feu sacré in which she follows three Montreal entrepreneurs in the risks that attend the start of their businesses.
