• By sitting on various committees, round tables and boards of directors
• By alerting public opinion and making regular appearances in the media

Option consommateurs helps consumers understand their rights and improve their financial education through:

• A website filled with information to enlighten consumers on their rights and remedies.
• Numerous research reports on current consumer issues,
• Practical guides to better empower consumers.
• Publications and videos published weekly on various social media.

Option consommateurs also raises funds to finance its activities by establishing partnerships with other organizations, hosting an annual benefit event and collecting donations.
