- “I bought tickets for a show, but it was cancelled because the singer was ill. The venue refuses to reimburse me in cash, offering only a credit. That's not what I want. Do I have a choice?
- “I had a piece of furniture delivered, but it arrived damaged. What can I do?”
- “I had an online purchase stolen and left on my doorstep. The retailer absolves himself of responsibility, telling me it was my responsibility to be present at the delivery. How can I avoid this situation in the future?”
- “The telecommunications company I do business with added a service charge to my bill without my consent. It's a very small amount, but it seems to me that I should be able to accept or refuse, shouldn't I?”
