Maya Raic has extensive experience in non-profit organizations and government. Her knowledge and understanding of government affairs enables her to present issues in a compelling manner to achieve desired results. Guided by ethics and professional conduct, she has dealt with significant issues throughout her professional life. She served as President and CEO of Chambre de l’assurance de dommages (ChAD) from 2004 to 2018. Ms. Raic has been the Executive Director of the Ordre des orthophonistes et audiologistes du Québec (OOAQ) since February 2020.

A law graduate in Quebec and Brazil, Mr. Madalena has worked in several organizations and has solid experience in civil liability, contract law, business law and business management. He is involved on a volunteer basis in various causes such as consumer protection and the integration of immigrants. Among other things, Mr. Madalena has worked in the field of consumer associations for seven years and he also co-founded a legal information clinic in business law to assist newcomer entrepreneurs. Curious and motivated, Michelangelo Madalena is always ready to take on new challenges.

Johanne is a CPA-CMA from Concordia University and holds an MBA in Finance from UQAM. With more than 20 years of experience in various fields related to finance and management, Johanne has worked in several industries including telecommunications, banking, international shipping and entertainment. Thanks to her taste for challenges, Johanne has been able to make a difference in critical situations of refinancing and restructuring of companies. Johanne also has a wealth of experience in implementing accounting and treasury systems and has made her mark in operational management of processes and strategic reporting (business intelligence). Her leadership has allowed her to sit on pan-Canadian boards of directors including the AFP from 2011 to 2014 and on the executive board of the SCT (Society of Canadian Treasurers) from 2011 to 2014. As CFO of Première Bobine Inc, Johanne is a member of the executive committee of this international company.

Entrepreneur, strategist and trainer, Bernard Blackburn is President and Senior Advisor in Governance, Ethics and Strategy at GUBERNA Consulting Services. He is also President of the Quebec Organizational Ethics Network and Chairman of the Ethics and Professional Conduct Investigation Committee of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (Adm.A). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal. Mr. Blackburn has more than 20 years of experience in management and strategic development as well as more than ten (10) years in strategic coaching of executive management and boards of directors in their governance, ethics and strategy issues. From 2012 to 2014, he was a lecturer in governance at the Université de Sherbrooke. Finally, Mr. Blackburn regularly gives training in ethics and governance to employees, executives and directors.

Geneviève has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources manager in various sectors. She is a graduate of the University of Montreal in Industrial Relations and is also a member of the Ordre des CRHA. Having worked in both small and large companies, she is skilled in negotiation, strategic planning and change management. She is currently a lecturer at the University of Montreal and at HEC Montreal. She is also involved in several volunteer causes, having served on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal (2014-2017).

After working as a press attaché in the office of the Mayor of Montreal for five years, she became a manager in the health care network for nearly seven years. She is currently responsible for corporate communications at the Fonds de solidarité.
