Deadlines to remember in case of problems (in French only)
Our guide will give you examples of problems frequently encountered by consumers and possible solutions to help you meet the legal deadlines.
Online shopping can be very convenient. Avoiding crowds and travel or being able to compare prices easily appeals to many people. But what do you do if your order is incorrect, not delivered when promised, or stolen by a malicious neighbor?
The merchant's main obligation is, of course, to deliver what you've bought. Ideally, make sure your order includes a delivery date.
If there's no delivery date and you haven't received anything within 30 days of purchase, or if your package is 30 days late, you may be able to cancel your purchase and get your money back.
