Payment period of less than 21 days
On July 21, 2003, we filed an action against ten financial institutions that issue credit cards, namely :

- Citibank Canada
- HSBC Bank Canada
- Laurentian Bank
- MBNA Canada
- National Bank
- Bank of Montreal
- Toronto-Dominion Bank
- Royal Bank
Our members
You are one of them if, since July 21, 2000, your financial institution has imposed credit charges on you before the expiry of a 21-day period following the mailing of your account statement. You had to do business with one of the financial institutions being sued.

The Superior Court suspended this action pending final judgment in another class action, Réal Marcotte v. Bank of Montreal et al (C.S.M. 500-06-000197-034).
