Menu Foods

On April 18, 2007, we filed a motion for authorization to institute a class action against Menu Foods. The purpose of this action is to obtain reimbursement of veterinary fees paid by consumers to treat animals that consumed a recalled product manufactured by Menu Foods.

The products concerned are distributed throughout Canada and the United States under the following brands 53 dog food brands and 42 cat food brands including Iams, Eukanuba, Purina, Nutro, President's Choice, Master Choice, Compliments and Select.

Where we are

The Court of Appeal confirmed that Heenan Blaikie would be leading the case.
