Option consommateurs c. Flo Health (data collection via mobile application)

Description

Flo is a mobile application dedicated to women's health, developed by Flo Health. The app offers its users a range of tools to assist with contraception, conception and pregnancy.

Option consommateurs complains that Flo Health has breached its legal obligations by falsely asserting that it maintains the confidentiality of its users' data and does not pass it on to third parties. We also accuse the company of having acted without the consent of consumers, and of infringing their right to privacy.
