Nefazodone

In November 2003, we filed a class action lawsuit against the manufacturers of antidepressants containing nefazodone hydrochloride (Serzone), namely Bristol Myers Squibb (brand name) and Linson Pharma, Apotex, Genpharm, Pharmascience, Pharmel, Novopharm, 115013 Canada (Dominion Pharmacal) (generic versions of the drug). Sold in Canada between 1994 and 2003, these antidepressants have been associated with cases of jaundice and severe liver damage, sometimes necessitating liver transplants.
