Last Tuesday, our expert panel on the theme of "Consumers and catastrophic events: how to protect them better".

The panel presented the conclusions and recommendations of the research report "Foreseeing the unexpected: Consumer compensation measures for catastrophic events", by Alexandre Plourde, lawyer and analyst at Option consommateurs. Mr. Plourde was accompanied by Suzanne Michaud, Vice-President, Insurance, CAA-Quebec, and Andréanne Brazeau, Climate Policy Analyst, Équiterre.
